5° Bienal de Mujeres en las Artes Visuales at
Thyssen -Bornemisza Museum
Aïda has been awarded with special mention at the 5° Biennial of Women in the Visual Arts during the gala held at the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum in Madrid the 12th of June 2024.
The Spanish artist was selected by the expert committee of the Biennial of Women in the Visual Arts of Spain to receive this award for her work in the field of the visual arts with her project She Poems, a recognition of her career that is backed by a special mention from The Enaire Foundation.

This interview explores into the creation process of the work 'kolochi baw' and captures the passage of the company in Wuppertal, becoming the first Spanish choreographer invited to these two renowned spaces for the Universal history of Dance.
